The Summer School 2017 in Barcelona and Berlin was held one week at Universitat de Barcelona, the second week at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the last two weeks at Freie Universität Berlin.

Together with the organizing team of the Summer School the 15 participants from the three universities had the opportunity to meet many engaged physicists, to visit interesting laboratories and fields of practice and to discuss a lot about their profession and the impact of gender.
