PGzB Study Award: Master's Graduates Hélène Colinet and Rémi Gilliot Receive Honors

The Physical Society of Berlin (PGzB) invites physicists to the ceremonial presentation of the Physics Study Award.

In 2026, two master's students from Freie Universität Berlin will receive the Physics Study Award: Hélène Colinet (Netz Research Group) and double master's student Rémi Gilliot (Seiler Research Group). Both award recipients completed their master's theses in 2025.

As part of the award ceremony, Prof. Gregor Koblmüller (TU Berlin) will deliver a keynote lecture titled "CIPHOR and the World's Smallest Integrated Nanolasers."

The Physics Study Award is presented annually to outstanding master's graduates in physics from the following universities: Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt University of Berlin, Technical University of Berlin, University of Potsdam, and Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus–Senftenberg. The award is supported by the Wilhelm and Else Heraeus Foundation.
