In collaboration with colleagues from the Light Technology Institute of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology we have published an article on n-type doping of organic semiconductors in the Journal of Materials Chemistry A. In this paper we describe the use of sodium-doped contact layers for the efficient extraction of charge carriers in organic solar cells.
