Novel fixed points at a junction of quantum Hall line junctions

I will give a brief introduction to the problem of a junction of quantum wires, with some earlier results. Then I will discuss a problem where the quantum wires are realised as fractional quantum Hall effect line junctions. We find an intermediate regime of inter-edge interactions where both the "flower" and the "islands" fixed points are stable. Finally, I will briefly mention the results of having a spin impurity at the junction and charge pumping through the junction.
