Currently there seems to be an issue for new users to log into our Matrix instance. We are working to resolve the problem. If you are affected write to zedv@physik.fu-berlin.de.

Update (21.04.): All reported issues so far were due to users either not having an account at the Physics department or not having a ZEDAT account at all. 

• If you have an account at the Physics department, the username is simply your username (without @zedat.fu-berlin.de). 
• If you don't have an account at the Physics department, please write an email to zedv@physik.fu-berlin.de and tell us for which lecture you require access and your ZEDAT account.
• We are working on providing local accounts to people without ZEDAT accounts. Please write an email to zedv@physik.fu-berlin.de and tell us for which lecture you require access.

Update (22.04.): We are providing accounts for people without ZEDAT accounts now. Please write an email to zedv@physik.fu-berlin.de and tell us for which reason you require access and CC the a responsible person (e.g. lecturer, collaborator) in the mail to us.
