During the maintenance the Gitlab instance will be wholly unreachable and will not show the usual static website announcing maintenance. 

Edit (14.10. 13:22): The upgrade to 13.4 has been done and we have migrated the storage backend. If you notice any problems, please let us know on Matrix or at zedv@physik.fu-berlin.de.
