Softphone

ZEDAT has opened the usage of the softphone for the FU internal phone system to all employees.

The softphone is to be preferred over regular forwardings to landlines and mobile phone numbers, because the number of outside connections the FU internal phone system can do is limited.

We want to stress, that the softphone should be used on your own device instead of over the remote desktop connections, because this has been shown to be problematic.
