Friday Light Talks: A joint lecture series and networking platform for young researchers with a focus on physics
Friday Light Talks is an initiative for postdocs, PhD and master's students to promote networking, discussion and exchange of ideas in an informal environment. Friday Light Talks are organized jointly by Freie Universität Berlin and Humboldt University Berlin.
Each event comprises a 20-30 min scientific presentation by a PhD or Postdoc followed by a discussion and a relaxed get-together with drinks. We are excited to have a space where all the research groups can get to know each other, and we are looking forward to meeting you all!
There will be a Friday Light Talk once per month during the semester, each time with a contribution from a different research group.
